Can you deliver a pallet?
Submit the CHEP/Loscam, Standard or Euro footprint and loading method at both ends for review. Any pallet movement is subject to dispatch confirmation; capacity, proof and timing are not guaranteed.
What if a part is over 30 kg?
Declare any parcel over 30 kg for review. Dispatch must confirm handling, vehicle and access suitability before acceptance; no capacity or compliance capability is guaranteed.
Can the driver call the site contact?
Provide the site contact in the enquiry for review. Contact, call, handoff and timing arrangements must be confirmed for an accepted run and are not guaranteed.
