How delivery data is used
VANTIX collects the details needed to quote, dispatch, track, prove and invoice a delivery. This page outlines the current product behaviour and is not a substitute for agreed customer terms.01
Booking and customer details
Contact, address, item, timing and handoff details are stored in the VANTIX operations database when a form is submitted. Repeat details are only restored from the customer's own browser when that option is selected.

Tracking, location and proof
The assigned driver's current location and route history support dispatch and live ETA. Detailed map position and proof links are returned through the secure public token; manual tracking references receive a more limited view.

Website measurement
First-party events measure page views, quotes, bookings, tracking and enquiries. A pseudonymous session hash is stored; the analytics record does not retain the raw visitor IP.

Before you book
Where are repeat booking details stored?
When selected, contact and pickup details are stored in local browser storage on that device. They are not retrieved through a public email or phone lookup.
Who can see driver GPS history?
Access is limited by operational role and driver assignment. Customers receive only the current rounded position through a secure tracking token while the location is fresh.
