COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you book
Can a Sprinter carry a 1,000 kg pallet?
Only when the selected vehicle's recorded payload, axle limits, load restraint and access conditions support it. A 1,000 kg pallet is the upper instant-quote envelope, not an automatic acceptance.
Do I need a forklift?
Tell us whether each site has a forklift or loading dock, or whether a tail-lift is required. Dispatch confirms the workable loading method before release.
Can I send multiple pallets?
Multiple pallets need a manual vehicle and route review so floor space, payload and handling can be confirmed.
